Sysop

Thanks Sborsody, but what does a sysop do? Umay

Format lyrics

I quite like the tripartite page structure for the lyrics. I moved all alternative words to the Talk page, which looks tidier. Also added references, but am not sure of the right format for CD citations. Umay 02:16, 1 February 2006 (PST)

Help for typing Cyrillic letters gone?

Hello, I wanted to type a text in Cyrillic, but the edit letters underneath seem to have gone. What do I do? Umay 11:47, 21 April 2006 (PDT)

Interesting. Mediawiki decided not to display it when I had commented out $wgRightsText from the configuration file yet displays the rest of the copyright warning. It is part of the "copyrightwarning" system message at MediaWiki:Copyrightwarning/tyv and MediaWiki:Copyrightwarning --Sborsody 13:14, 21 April 2006 (PDT)
thanks for putting it back. Umay 13:32, 21 April 2006 (PDT)

Tsengel Tuvan

Would it be possible to do some article, or something like that on what the difference between Tsengel Tuvan, Tuva Tuvan, and the Tuvan in Chinese is? Also. . .I was wondering if there was any possibility of getting similiar sites going for other Turkic languages--like Qazaq, or Uyghur? I think there would be enough people to edit it if somebody who could do something like this could set it up. . .?--Dawit 15:54, 14 April 2007 (PDT)

I'm curious about this myself and am looking for sources about it. I'll have to think about your request for other Turkic languages. I wouldn't be able to contribute much about them. --Sborsody 09:56, 15 April 2007 (PDT)

Lexicon format?

The file for the letter A is rather large, and a message from tyvawiki appears, suggesting to divide the file. In the future, this issue may (hopefully) apply to other letters as well, and I would like to discuss a format to handle this issue. For instance, should letter files be linked through from A to A1, or should the different parts already be mentioned in the Lexicon file? Umay 03:50, 18 December 2007 (PST)
